Our Story
In 1988 a small group of Woodgroup SA affiliates donated handmade wooden toys to the Salvation Army Christmas Appeal. This was the beginning of Toymendous. Each year our members construct toys to donate to various charities.
We are backed by business’ that supply us with consumables and our workshops are held at the Grand Junction Training Centre’s facility. With the facility’s workshop and our own equipment, we have a wide array of machinery at our disposal for the manufacture of toys.
The club provides the opportunity to get together in a charity project supporting the work of other welfare agencies in the community.
